We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support our real estate brokerage network in the U.S.
This is a part-time role to start, at around 10 hours a week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person. The core of the role is during U.S. business hours, with a smaller, part-time block of Philippine-hours calling when projects need it.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls and follow-up texts to real estate agents, brokers and leads for our U.S. offices
- Book appointments and hand them off cleanly to our team
- Log every call, outcome and next step in our CRM, accurately and the same day
- Follow call scripts, and give feedback on what is and isn't working
- Join a short weekly stand-up to review your numbers, wins and blockers
- Run calling campaigns for Philippine projects, including grand openings and event registrations (when needed)
What we're looking for:
- Proven outbound calling or ISA experience, ideally in U.S. real estate
- Clear, confident spoken English and a professional phone presence
- Comfort making a steady volume of calls, not just a few before an appointment
- Experience with a CRM (logging calls, notes and follow-ups)
- Availability during U.S. hours, plus part-time availability during Philippine hours for project calling
- Your own computer, phone, reliable internet, quiet workspace and good headset
Engagement terms:
This is a remote, independent contractor role. It pays a fixed monthly rate, invoiced monthly.
Why join us:
You'll work directly with our leadership and sales team. You'll get hands-on training, clear weekly targets and a real path from part-time to full-time as you prove yourself in the role.
How to apply:
To be considered, start your message with the words ready to dial so we know you've read the full post. Then include:
- Your CV
- A short voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself, as an attachment or a link
- Your expected monthly rate for roughly 10 hours a week
- The real estate markets and CRMs you've worked with
Applications that don't start with ready to dial won't be reviewed.
