Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Company: Agent Recruiting Solutions
Location: Remote – Philippines
Work Hours: U.S. hours (PST overlap required)
Compensation: hourly rate + performance bonuses

-About the Role-

We’re looking for a professional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing real estate team.
Your main responsibility is to cold call real estate agents in the U.S. and set qualified phone appointments with our account specialists. There will be a small percentage of inbound (warm) leads as well.
If you’re confident on the phone, quick-thinking, and have a clear, friendly English-speaking voice — this is for you.

-Responsibilities-

Call and qualify real estate agents using our scripts
Build rapport quickly and handle common objections
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments in CRM
Log notes, update pipeline stages, and send appointment confirmations
Attend team huddles and hit daily KPIs

-Requirements-

Positive-minded success oriented people only.
Fluent English with a neutral or light accent (voice sample required).
Outbound cold calling experience to the U.S. markets. Any industry is acceptable. Experience in the Real Estate industry is a bonus.
Quiet home office, computer/laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and quality headset.
Confidence on the phone; excellent listening and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools in the real estate industry, dialers, CRMs is a plus.
Available minimum 4 hours, 8 hours preferred 9 AM–5 PM PST.
Honest, dependable, and committed to long-term work.
Strong attention to detail — follows instructions carefully.
Positive attitude and professional communication at all times.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
