JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced ISA (Lofty CRM) – Florida Real Estate – Part Time

We are a high-performing Florida real estate team looking for an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is confident, fluent in English, and comfortable handling strong objections.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
You must already understand how to work inside a real estate CRM — preferably Lofty.
We use structured systems (Craig Proctor style) and expect professionalism, follow-up discipline, and strong objection handling.

Schedule:
* Part-time (approx. 4 hours per day)
* Preferably afternoon/evening EST
* Some calling, some CRM + follow-up management

Responsibilities:
* Call internet leads, sign calls, seller leads, and follow-up lists
* Respond quickly to new inquiries
* Set qualified appointments for listing and buyer consultations
* Handle objections confidently and professionally
* Manage and update Lofty CRM daily
* Tag, categorize, and track lead progression
* Follow up consistently until appointment is set
* Maintain excellent client experience (customer service mindset)

MUST HAVE:
* Experience using a CRM
* Real estate ISA experience
* Strong objection handling skills
* Fluent, clear English (neutral accent preferred)
* Comfortable on the phone
* Organized and structured
* Ability to follow scripts but adapt naturally
* Strong internet + quiet workspace

Bonus Points:
* Florida real estate knowledge
* Experience with Craig Proctor-style systems
* Evening EST availability
* Previous appointment-setting metrics

Compensation:
* $4.50 – $5.00 USD/hour (based on experience)
* Paid bi-weekly
* Performance bonuses available
