The MVMT Team at EXP Realty, a leading real estate team based in New York City, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, client-focused environment. If you’re proactive, organized, and motivated to deliver results, we’d love to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Proven sales experience, including high-volume dialing (e.g., collections, appointment setting, or outbound sales).
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with CRMs like Follow Up Boss is a plus (a strong organizational process is more important than specific CRM experience).
Experience with tools like Calendly, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom and virtual communication platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with having your camera on during the entire shift
Can work on weekends (no excuses)
Can work on Eastern Standard Time
College Degree
Excellent internet connection
Must have Back-Up power source

Key Responsibilities:
Set appointments for our real estate agents and clients
Maintain an organized calendar and coordinate schedules
Follow up with leads and clients, ensuring no opportunities are missed
Communicate effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers
Manage administrative tasks, including email and phone communications
Support team operations through various digital tools
