NYAC Infusions is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Infusion Therapy Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in helping patients with autoimmune and complex chronic conditions access life-changing therapies like IVIG, biologics, and specialty infusions.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate infusion services across multiple NYAC locations (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Marlboro NJ, and Long Island)
• Verify insurance benefits and manage prior authorization for infusions and specialty medications
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and insurance payers to ensure timely approvals
• Track reauthorizations and update patient records accurately
• Understand and assist with infusion billing, coding (CPT/HCPCS), and documentation
• Educate patients about infusion scheduling, prep, and follow-up instructions
• Work closely with the clinical and billing teams to ensure seamless operations

? Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in an infusion, rheumatology, or specialty care setting
• Strong understanding of prior authorization workflows for IVIG and specialty drugs
• Working knowledge of medical billing and infusion therapy coding
• Proficiency with EHR systems (DrChrono experience a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
