JOB OVERVIEW

I am the author of a business leadership book ("Dialogue of Work")
currently in production. I need an experienced infographic designer
to take AI-generated draft visuals and finish them to professional
print quality.

IMPORTANT: You are NOT designing from scratch. AI tools have
already generated rough drafts with the correct content, layout,
and logic. Your job is to refine, correct, and polish them to
match our exact visual style guide.

THE WORK:
- 35 infographic visuals total (framework diagrams, comparison
charts, process flows, data visualizations)
- Each visual comes with: an AI draft + a detailed prompt
describing exactly what it should contain
- You match colors, typography, spacing, and layout to our
style guide (provided on day one)

STYLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Color palette: 6 specific colors with exact hex codes (provided)
- Typography: Helvetica Neue / Arial, clean sans-serif
- Containers: 8px rounded corners, subtle drop shadows
- Abstract geometric human figures only (no detailed faces)
- Must be print-ready for 6"×9" business book format
- Must work in grayscale

DELIVERABLES:
- SVG or high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum)
- Each visual sized for 4.5" print width
- Consistent visual language across all 35 pieces
- Final files organized and labeled by chapter and figure number

PROCESS:
- Week 1: Paid test task — finish 1 visual to confirm style match
- If test passes: proceed with full project in batches of 5-7 visuals
- Feedback given within 24 hours of each batch submission
- Maximum 2 revision rounds per visual

SKILLS NEEDED:
- Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent vector design tool
- Experience with infographics or business publication design
- Attention to exact color matching and typography precision
- Able to follow a strict style guide without creative deviation
- Good English (for reading content descriptions)

TIMELINE: Approximately 6-8 weeks, flexible.
