JOB OVERVIEW

Influencer Outreach VA – Social Media

We're looking for ONE experienced Influencer Outreach VA to help us build and grow our affiliate network for our online fashion brand.

Your main responsibility will be finding and contacting relevant creators and influencers through Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms, with the goal of turning them into affiliates and long-term partners for our brand.

About the role:

* Fully remote

* Performance-based: the more successful outreach you do, the more you earn

We provide clear outreach playbooks, scripts and processes to follow, so you won't have to build the strategy from scratch.

Your earnings are directly connected to your performance. If you consistently find good creators, reach out to them and successfully onboard them, there is no fixed salary limiting your earning potential.

Every successful partnership = $5 for you.

The more quality outreach you do, the more you can earn.

What we're looking for:

Previous influencer outreach experience is required.

You should already have experience with:

* Finding relevant influencers and creators on Instagram and TikTok
* Reaching out through DMs and/or email
* Following up with creators
* Communicating professionally in English
* Convincing creators to work with a brand
* Influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media management or creator outreach
* Working independently and consistently hitting outreach targets

We're specifically looking for someone who understands that influencer outreach is a numbers + quality game. You need to be comfortable doing consistent outreach every day and following up until you get a clear answer.

We're an established and growing e-commerce brand run by experienced e-commerce operators. We're looking for someone reliable who wants to take ownership of influencer outreach and grow with us long-term.
