???? Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer & UGC Growth Manager to build and scale HAIRLOVE’s creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate platforms.
This role is focused on driving revenue and producing high-performing content through creators—not just managing relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing creators, launching campaigns, and turning top performers into long-term growth partners.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Creator Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and recruit creators across:
TikTok
Instagram
Shopify Collabs
TikTok Creator Marketplace
Meta Creator Marketplace
Consistently source new creators weekly (micro + mid-tier influencers, UGC creators)
???? Creator Management & Campaign Execution
Coordinate product seeding and gifting campaigns
Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure creators produce content aligned with brand and performance goals
???? Performance & Revenue Focus
Track and optimize creator performance (sales, engagement, content quality)
Identify top-performing creators and scale partnerships
Build affiliate-style relationships with commission incentives
???? UGC & Content Pipeline
Source high-quality UGC for use in paid ads
Identify winning content and collaborate with team to scale in Meta/TikTok ads
Continuously improve creative output based on performance
???? Reporting & Insights
Track weekly:
Number of creators onboarded
Content produced
Revenue generated
Top-performing creators/content
Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve performance
? Requirements
Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or creator outreach
Familiarity with platforms like:
TikTok Creator Marketplace
Shopify Collabs
Instagram influencer outreach
Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content trends
Ability to identify high-performing creators and content
Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
Experience scaling UGC for paid ads
Understanding of affiliate marketing or commission structures
Experience negotiating creator partnerships
