JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and fast-working Influencer Outreach Sourcing specialist to join our growing team full-time (40 hrs/week).
Your job is simple but critical: find amazing creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who would be a great fit to promote our mobile app.

???? Job Description
• Search TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for influencers who post about deals, saving money, lifestyle, shopping, tech, Amazon finds, and other niches
• Compile influencer info into a Google Sheet (name, followers, email, platform links, niche, etc.)
• Meet a daily quota of 120 qualified influencers per day
• Communicate daily with our outreach closer to review and refine the list
• Stay up to date with trending creators and viral formats
• Be proactive, if you see good new niches, suggest them!
• Perform basic quality checks to avoid fake followers or inactive creators

• Excellent English reading and comprehension skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Fast and accurate typing (upload your typing speed test)
• Clear communication skills (upload a short voice recording)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quotas
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing is a plus
• Full-time commitment only — no other jobs on the side
