JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach Specialist to identify and contact U.S.-based creators through direct messages. The primary goal is to build a qualified pipeline of influencers who align with the company’s target audience and brand requirements.

Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant U.S.-based influencers and content creators.
Conduct personalized outreach through Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Engage creators through direct messages and introduce potential brand partnerships.
Focus outreach on creators whose audience, content, and location match the company’s requirements.
Track contacted influencers, replies, follow-ups, and outcomes in an organized spreadsheet or CRM.
Follow up consistently with interested or unresponsive creators.
Coordinate qualified leads and positive responses with the client.
Maintain professional, natural, and brand-appropriate communication.

Qualifications
Previous experience in influencer outreach, creator partnerships, lead generation, or social media outreach.
Strong understanding of the U.S. influencer and creator market.
Ability to identify genuine U.S.-based creators and evaluate audience relevance.
Excellent written English and conversational DM skills.
Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach without sounding automated or spammy.
Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
Experience using Instagram and TikTok for creator sourcing is preferred.
Available to work part-time during U.S. Eastern hours.
Able to begin as early as next week.
