Totara Health is a growing U.S.-based telehealth company offering convenient access to personalized healthcare and wellness services.

Our services include GLP-1 weight management programs featuring semaglutide and tirzepatide, men's health, women's health, sexual wellness, hair loss, skincare, and other telehealth treatments.

We are expanding our affiliate marketing program and looking for an experienced Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Recruitment Specialist to help us build a strong network of U.S.-based influencers and affiliate partners.

Job Description

We need someone who knows how to find, approach, and recruit influencers who are interested in earning commissions by promoting Totara Health.

Our immediate priority is recruiting influencers in the weight loss, fitness, health, and wellness niches to promote our GLP-1 weight management programs.

As our affiliate program expands, we will also recruit influencers to promote our men's health, women's health, and other wellness services.

This is not a social media posting or content creation position. The primary focus is influencer outreach, affiliate recruitment, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify qualified U.S.-based influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Find micro-influencers, mid-sized influencers, and affiliate marketers with engaged U.S. audiences.
- Reach out to potential partners through direct messages, email, and other outreach channels.
- Introduce Totara Health's affiliate opportunities and explain the benefits of joining our program.
- Follow up with interested influencers and convert conversations into affiliate signups.
- Assist newly recruited affiliates with onboarding and access to approved promotional resources.
- Build and maintain an organized database of prospects, outreach activities, follow-ups, and recruited affiliates.
- Identify influencers who have experience promoting wellness products, healthcare services, or affiliate offers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Provide weekly progress reports showing outreach activity, responses, signups, and active affiliates.
- Work with our team to ensure influencers follow approved healthcare marketing guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous experience in influencer outreach, affiliate recruitment, or influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to recruit influencers or affiliate partners.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Experience researching influencers and evaluating authentic audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer outreach tools.
- Experience using Google Sheets, CRM software, or other tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based brands or audiences.

Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience recruiting influencers for health, wellness, weight management, or telehealth brands.
- Experience with commission-based affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and influencer management tools.
