WE’RE HIRING: Influencer Monetization & Outreach Manager (Full-Time | Remote)

I’ve built the audience—over 100,000 engaged followers across TikTok and other platforms.

Now I need a full-time Influencer Monetization & Outreach Manager to turn views into deals, and followers into revenue.

This is a full-time, remote role for someone who knows how to:
   •   Source and close brand deals
   •   Set up and manage monetization systems on TikTok (and beyond)
   •   Handle all daily outreach, systems, and backend processes
   •   Track deals, leads, and performance like a pro

You’ll be responsible for:
   •   Finding and securing brand partnerships and affiliate deals
   •   Managing TikTok Creator Marketplace and sponsorship setups
   •   Running outreach and communication with brands and agencies
   •   Setting up monetization funnels (bio links, UGC flows, etc.)
   •   Handling CRM, tracking, and daily operations

This is for you if:
   •   You’ve helped creators monetize before (you get how this works)
   •   You know how to write cold emails, follow up, and CLOSE
   •   You can build simple, effective systems and run them daily
   •   You understand TikTok and what brands want
   •   You can work independently and get results without babysitting

This is a full-time remote role. I’m looking for someone hungry, organized, and ready to grow fast.
