About the Company
We are Net Positive, a US-based, eco-conscious clothing brand on a mission to redefine comfort. We believe what you wear closest to your skin should be free of toxins and chemicals. We are looking for a dedicated Influencer & Social Media Manager (ideally age 20–26) who understands the "vibe" of modern wellness brands and can turn creators into long-term brand partners.
What You’ll Do
As our Influencer & Social Media Manager, you will be the face and voice of the brand to our partners and community. Your role includes:
- Influencer Research & Recruitment: Find and evaluate influencers who match our non-toxic values. You’ll look at demographics, engagement rates, and content quality to ensure a perfect fit.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term bonds with creators. You’ll be their main point of contact, answering questions and providing support throughout their campaigns.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Create clear influencer briefs, coordinate product shipments, and manage affiliate links to ensure every launch is a success.
- Content Review & Approval: Quality control is key. You’ll review creator content to ensure it aligns with our brand goals and provide feedback/revisions when necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, and sales. You’ll prepare reports on which influencers are driving the most value and track affiliate payouts.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Handle the "business" side by negotiating partnership terms, managing usage rights, and ensuring everyone follows advertising disclosure rules.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage our daily presence. This includes Instagram engagement,
What I’m Looking For
- Extremely Organized: You’ll be managing multiple campaigns and dozens of influencer conversations at once. Staying on top of spreadsheets and deadlines is a must.
- Great Communication Skills: Both written and verbal. You need to be persuasive when pitching influencers and clear when giving content feedback.

- Self-starter: Someone who is proactive. If you see a trending creator or a new social media feature, you bring it to me first.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—from a typo in a brief to a missed disclosure tag in an influencer's post.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Able to work in a high-paced environment where priorities can shift with new product launches.
- Positive and Enthusiastic: I want someone who is genuinely excited about clean beauty, health, and wellness.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) influencer platforms and affiliate tracking
- A "digital native" who understands Instagram, TikTok, and
- Willingness to learn the technical side of non-toxic textiles and health
