Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with some familiarity in Social Media Management to play a crucial role at Nordic Quality, a company specializing in gym equipment and weight-lifting products. This role involves managing and expanding partnerships with fitness influencers, as well as overseeing the brand’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, stays up to date with social media trends, and has experience building engaging content and communities in the gym and weightlifting space.

WHAT WOULD THE TASK BE?

-Build all processes for acquiring new digital influencers, as well as maintaining existing ones.
-Identifying the most relevant influencers in the industry on major and minor social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Slickdeals, etc., by doing research and/ or using tools.
Form relationships with influencers before asking them to advocate for the products or the company in general.
- Persuade digital influencers to promote our products with little to no upfront cost;
- Ensure that all possible measures have been taken to retain existing influencers.
- Establish a Sponsored Athlete Program, affiliate programs, and partnerships with influencers, and manage everything related to these.
- Set up and take charge of activities surrounding the Influencer page on the company website;
- Boost the brand's online presence on relevant forums/message boards by responding to comments and subtly promoting our products.
- Lead the department dedicated to influencer marketing, once set up, and collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers of other departments whenever necessary.
- Come up with a marketing plan/strategy on a weekly/monthly basis (work alongside the marketing manager to do this, especially for our product promotions);
- Tally UGCs for content posting on social media, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Social Media Management: Plan, coordinate, and schedule social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok at least two weeks (14 days) in advance while also managing real-time updates and promotional posts in collaboration with the Marketing team/Marketing Assistant to keep calendars accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign priorities.
- Manage some Amazon Ads or work on other Amazon-related tasks in Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon Japan (using ChatGPT whenever needed);
- Create an attribute link for promotions and influencers and analyze them as part of the KPI every month.
- Create and manage campaigns and influencers on Amazon Creator Connections on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain updated SOPs for the Influencer Team.
- Regularly review existing SOPs and make adjustments as needed.
- Other related tasks or tasks in the marketing department.
- Slack (communication tool) visibility during the contractor’s working hours.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, influencer outreach, and social media management. Preferably in the e-commerce or fitness industry (but not necessarily)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems (is a plus!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Has experience with Canva
- Has an interest in creating compelling social media posts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- With a perfectly working device (additional backup is a plus)
- With a reliable internet connection (additional backup is required)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)
