We're a growing influencer marketing agency that connects brands with content creators for sponsored partnerships. We work across multiple platforms and verticals, managing the full lifecycle — from influencer discovery and outreach to deal negotiation and campaign delivery.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, organized Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale operations. You'll be responsible for finding the right creators, managing outreach, coordinating between brands and influencers, and making sure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify creators across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, etc.) that match specific brand/client briefs — niche, audience size, engagement, and content style
- Manage cold outreach to influencers via
- Maintain and update our CRM with influencer data, deal status, and communication history
- Coordinate campaign timelines between brands and creators (briefs, drafts, revisions, publishing dates)
- Track deliverables and ensure creators hit deadlines and content requirements
- Pull basic performance data post-campaign (views, engagement, clicks) and compile into simple reports
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and flag issues early
- Help build and organize influencer lists and databases across platforms for future outreach
Who You Are
- 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related agency/coordinator role
- You understand how creator sponsorships work across major platforms — integrations, dedicated posts, stories, reels, long-form video, podcast mentions, etc.
- Strong written communicator in English (you'll be writing outreach
- Highly organized and can manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once without dropping balls
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar), and
- Proactive — you flag problems early and suggest solutions instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Can work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with cold
- Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms (e.g., Modash, CreatorIQ, or manual research methods)
- Basic understanding of media buying or paid social
- Experience working with North American clients or brands
