JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing DTC wellness/supplement brand launching on TikTok Shop, and we're looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable owning our creator and influencer program end-to-end.

Why LORA: We're an early-stage, founder-led brand building something genuinely different in the wellness space — not a me-too product. You'd be one of our first hires, working directly with the founder rather than getting lost in a large team, with real visibility into how a brand gets built from the ground up. If you're looking for a role where your work actually moves the needle and isn't just executing someone else's playbook, this is that kind of seat.

Core Responsibilities:

Managing TikTok Seller Center — product listings, creator management, and campaign support
Creator outreach via email and DM (TikTok, Instagram)
Qualifying and onboarding creators
Reviewing and approving sample requests
Coordinating content deadlines and following up with creators to keep things on track
Monitoring creator performance and engagement
Supporting affiliate and UGC campaigns
Handling day-to-day creator communications and general admin tasks
Managing LORA UNIVERSITY

This role may also include, depending on the fit:

Executive assistance to the founder
Broader operations management
Affiliate marketing program management
General influencer outreach beyond TikTok
Shopify store management (product updates, basic storefront maintenance)
Other ecommerce/marketing support tasks as needed

You're a good fit if you are:

Familiar with TikTok Shop — this is a must, not a nice-to-have
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creator relationships and deadlines at once
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with regular check-ins rather than constant supervision
An excellent communicator, especially in written English — email and DM outreach is a core part of the job
Detail-oriented and able to keep track of a variety of tasks at once without things falling through the cracks
Flexible with work hours — we're based on the US East Coast and need reasonable overlap with our working hours
Comfortable working within brand guidelines around health/wellness claims — we operate in a regulated category, so accuracy and compliance in creator communications matter
Interested in ecommerce, social commerce, and influencer marketing
