JOB OVERVIEW

As our Influencer Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our creator / influencer marketing program. You'll own the day-to-day processes that keep our creator partnerships running smoothly: from creator / influencer sourcing, initial DM outreach, relationship management, product sample coordination, data upkeep, and whitelisting requests. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every creator / influencer touchpoint is logged in trackers and conversations are handled with precision and care.

This is a full-time, process-driven role where organization, attention to detail, proactive thinking, and high EQ (given conversations with creators/influencers) matter above all else.

You don't just follow SOPs, you consistently look for ways to improve them based on your learnings from your work and from your conversations with creators. We need someone who thinks one to two steps ahead, keeps our internal systems spotless, and brings a sharp, solutions-oriented mindset to everything they touch.

immi is founded by Kevin Lee (KLee) & Kevin Chanthasiriphan (KChan) who previously spent the past decade working together as product managers and venture investors in the tech industry. We grew up working alongside our families in the markets of Taiwan and Thailand where making and eating noodles was a part of our everyday lives.

We're building immi to help our families better manage their health conditions arising from poor nutrition and unhealthy diets.

## Key Responsibilities

- **Creator Outreach & Relationship Management**
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencer and creator partners across Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. The primary focus initially will be on Instagram.
- Manage ongoing communication with creators by responding promptly, following up consistently, and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate product gifting / sampling, ensuring creators receive the right products on time, and following up to inform them of shipping updates
- Encourage creators to share public posts after receiving product.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Track and manage all outreach efforts, responses, and partnership statuses
- **Influencer Operations & Process Management**
- Execute and manage influencer marketing SOPs end to end
- Negotiate whitelisting rights with select influencers based on quality of post content and ensure creator accounts are properly set up for paid amplification
- Coordinate product shipments with our operations team: manage shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery confirmations
- Manage contracts, briefs, and deliverable timelines with creators
- Flag any process gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and propose improvements
- **Data Management & Internal Systems**
- Keep all influencer databases, spreadsheets, and CRM records up to date and meticulously organized
- Log outreach activity, partnership details, content deliverables, and performance data
- Maintain clean, consistent data hygiene across all internal tools and systems
- Build and maintain tracking systems that give the team clear visibility into pipeline status
- Generate reports and summaries on influencer program performance as needed
- **Process Improvement & Systems Thinking**
- Continuously evaluate current workflows and SOPs for opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, or scalability
- Proactively suggest and implement system upgrades, automations, or organizational improvements
- Document new processes clearly so they can be followed and replicated by others
- Think one to two steps ahead. Anticipate what's needed before it's asked for
- **Communication & Collaboration**
- Communicate proactively with the team on project status, creator updates, and any blockers
- Follow SOPs closely and flag any gaps or confusion early
- Operate reliably in an async environment. Updates don't wait to be asked for
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams as needed

## Qualifications

- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple creator relationships and tasks simultaneously without letting details slip
- Strong attention to detail. You catch the thing most people miss
- Sharp, intelligent, and solutions-oriented. You don't just identify problems, you fix them
- High EQ with the ability to maintain conversations with creators and build organic relationships over time
- Self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out without hand-holding
- Reliable setup: stable internet, consistent availability, dependable turnaround times
- Able to follow detailed SOPs to the letter, and improve them when you see an opportunity

## Required Skills

- Strong written communication. You can draft professional, personable outreach messages and keep conversations moving
- Excellent organizational and data management skills — spreadsheets, databases, and CRMs are second nature to you
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end workflows independently
- Proactive communication. You keep people in the loop without being asked
- Comfortable managing logistics: shipping coordination, tracking, and follow-ups
- Consistent output: you hit deadlines, every time

## Preferred Skillsets

- Interest in or exposure to influencer marketing, creator culture, or social media
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and a general sense of how creator content works
- Experience working with food brands or in the food and beverage industry (a big plus, not required)
- Comfortable with async collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Workspace
- Quick to onboard, asks smart questions, and figures things out independently
- Naturally curious. You dig into how things work and look for ways to make them better
- "No task is too small" attitude. You take pride in clean, reliable work even when it's unglamorous
- Growth mindset: you're always looking for ways to do the job faster and better
