Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Industry Journalist (Car Wash Sector)

Position Overview
We are seeking a remote Industry Journalist to serve as the daily content driver for our online car wash sector newsletter. This virtual role is designed to support end-to-end editorial execution, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality, business-relevant news. The ideal candidate will bring exemplary English proficiency, strong journalistic rigor, and the ability to translate industry movement into concise, executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and publish daily news articles covering operational trends, technology advancements, regulatory updates, and market intelligence within the car wash industry.

Execute the full journalism workflow, including research, interviews, drafting, editing, and final publication.

Maintain a consistent daily publishing schedule aligned with organizational communication standards.

Monitor industry channels, trade reports, competitor publications, and regulatory bulletins to surface timely, high-value story leads.

Interface with internal stakeholders to validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with brand communication frameworks.

Leverage digital content platforms and productivity tools to support streamlined editorial operations.

Review analytics to inform iterative improvements in content strategy and audience engagement.

Uphold journalistic ethics, confidentiality expectations, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills, with near-native fluency required.

3–5 years of experience in journalism, digital news writing, content production, or virtual assistance with a writing focus.

Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and professionally structured articles.

Strong research capability and comfort navigating multiple information sources.

Demonstrated ability to meet tight, recurring deadlines in a remote environment.

Experience with digital publishing platforms and foundational SEO best practices.

Familiarity with the automotive services or car wash sector is advantageous.
