JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We’re hiring a highly driven Inbox Manager / Sales Rep to join our team.

This is not a basic admin role. We want someone sharp, fast, confident in English, and hungry to help turn positive replies into booked calls.

You’ll be managing cold email inboxes for a range of agency clients, replying quickly to leads, handling conversations professionally, and moving interested prospects toward booking a call with the salesperson inside each client business.

Some of our clients will also require calling prospects who have replied positively. That means this role is ideal for someone who is not just organised and responsive, but also confident in sales conversations and comfortable on the phone.

You’ll typically be managing around 5 to 15 clients at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing inboxes for cold email campaigns

Replying quickly to positive and interested leads

Having natural sales conversations over email

Moving prospects toward booked calls

Following booking processes and sales scripts

Calling warm prospects for specific client campaigns when needed

Working across multiple clients and keeping things organised

Coordinating with our internal team to keep campaigns moving

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong written and spoken English

Confident communicator

Sales-minded and persuasive without sounding pushy

Fast responder with strong attention to detail

Comfortable handling multiple clients and inboxes

Hungry, reliable, and motivated to perform

Previous cold calling or sales experience is a big advantage

Experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, or inbox management is preferred

Pay:

$3.75 USD per hour from our agency

Additional pay opportunities from one of our partner client campaigns

Small commission / bonus per call booked for specific calling campaigns

Strong performers can increase earnings meaningfully through incentives

Important:
This is a blended role. You will be working with us as part of our team, but for some calling work you may also be integrated into one of our client campaigns. We will train you, manage you, and support you closely.

This role suits someone who wants more than a basic remote job and is motivated by performance, sales, and growth.
