We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and reliable Inbox Manager to handle high-volume conversations across
This is not a passive role — you’ll be actively engaging, qualifying, and moving conversations forward in real time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Responding to inbound messages quickly and professionally
-Managing high daily message volume (hundreds to thousands/day)
-Qualifying leads based on simple criteria
-Tagging, organizing, and updating conversations in CRM
-Escalating hot opportunities to the sales team
-Keeping response times fast (ideally under 2–5 minutes)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
-Fluent English (written + comprehension) — must sound natural and human
-Strong ability to understand context and reply appropriately
-Stable internet connection (no frequent disconnects)
-Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Available for consistent shifts (include your availability when applying)
Bonus Points If You Have:
-Experience in customer support, sales, or chat-based roles
-Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
-Experience handling leads or appointment setting
-Fast typing speed
Compensation
$4/hour base
Bonuses based on:
Speed of replies
Quality of conversations
Qualified leads generated
