REAL ESTATE LEAD FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST

Lunatik Marketing Agency is hiring a motivated and confident Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing team.

This role focuses on speaking with inbound real estate leads who have already requested information.

This is NOT cold calling.
Every person you speak with has already opted in

POSITION
Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Specialist (Independent Contractor)

SCHEDULE
• Full-time preferred (8 hours per day)
• Monday through Friday
• Start time: 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

COMPENSATION
• $3.00 USD per hour (base pay)
• +$20 USD per qualified appointment set

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Call and follow up with inbound real estate leads
• Use provided scripts and proven call structure
• Build rapport and guide conversations naturally
• Identify motivated buyers/sellers
• Set qualified appointments for the team
• Update notes and outcomes in the CRM

You will be clearly trained on what qualifies, but generally:
• The lead is responsive and engaged
• They have real interest in buying/selling
• They agree to move forward to the next step
