Inbound Sales Representative – Pest Control
Location: Remote or Pleasant Grove, Utah

Evo Pest Control is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the U.S. and is hiring an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to close warm leads and support the next stage of growth.
Role Overview
This role handles inbound calls, texts, and web leads, qualifies customer needs, presents solutions, and closes new pest control services at a high rate in a competitive environment. It is ideal for a self-starter who wants clear numbers, strong commissions, and a path into future leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from residential and light commercial prospects.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right pest control service and plan.
• Consistently close 70%+ of qualified leads while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Do light outbound follow-up on warm leads, missed calls, and open quotes.
• Enter and track leads, quotes, and sales in GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and RingCentral, or similar tools.
• Work with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and a smooth customer handoff.
Requirements
• 4+ years of inbound phone sales or inside sales experience.
• Outbound sales experience preferred, especially in pest control or home services.
• Proven track record closing 70%+ of qualified inbound leads.
• Self-starter who owns their numbers and works well without close supervision.
• Comfortable using CRMs and phone systems and able to learn quickly.
• Strong communicator, sharp on the phone, coachable, and a team player interested in long-term growth and leadership.
Compensation
• Hourly base of $3–$4 per hour
• High commissions, with realistic total earnings of $12+ per hour for strong performers
