JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company generating 30–50 inbound leads daily from Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads.
We are hiring a confident Inbound Sales Lead Qualifier to call warm leads, prequalify them, and book appointments for our closing team.
This is NOT cold calling. All leads have already shown interest.
Your Responsibilities:
• Call new leads within 5–10 minutes of submission
• Prequalify based on budget, timeline, and readiness
• Handle objections professionally
• Book qualified appointments
• Follow up via phone and SMS
• Update CRM notes clearly
• Respond to assigned direct messages
Requirements:
• Fluent, neutral English speaking voice
• Prior sales or appointment setting experience
• Comfortable calling U.S. customers
• Strong objection handling skills
• Reliable internet & quiet workspace
• Available during U.S. business hours
Compensation:
$6–$10 per hour depending on experience + performance bonuses for qualified appointments.
