JOB OVERVIEW

Phone Sales Closer + Booking Coordinator – US Cleaning Company – $4.50–$5/hr + Uncapped Commission
Type: Full Time | Hours: 40/week | Wage: $4.50–$5/hr base + uncapped commission

THE ROLE
Work at an established cleaning company, Maid Nice Cleaning in San Diego California
Earn uncapped commission with hourly pay.

This is a sales role not just general a Va position

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales (your priority):
- Answer inbound calls within 5 mins
- Close bookings
-Handle objections
- Follow ups
- Data entry (For your own sales)
- Schedule cleaners, booking confirmations, and reminders
- Time split: [80]% selling, [20]% booking support
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, [7:30 AM–3:30 PM US Pacific]
- Full-time, long-term



THE OFFER
- Warm leads only: [X]+ per day, from people who already asked us for a quote. No cold lists.
- Guaranteed weekly base pay plus uncapped commission
- Tools provided at no cost to you: [CRM name], [dialer], scripts, pricing sheet, and step-by-step guides
- One-on-one call coaching to raise your close rate
- Paid trial week. We never ask for free work.


PAY (USD, paid weekly)
Base: $4.50–$5/hour, depending on experience.(about $720–$800/month) Does not include commission

This only include hourly pay
Our commission is uncapped

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year closing sales on live phone calls with US customers
- Must be able to open to feedback
- Clear, confident spoken English
- 30+ Mbps wired internet, backup internet and power
- USB headset and a quiet room

NOT APPLICABLE IF
- Not open to receiving feedback
- You want a only admin or data-entry role
- Your experience is only customer service, chat, or email support, with no closing
- You can't work fixed overnight hours
