JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting for a growing home-services company based in San Antonio, Texas.

This is a phone-heavy sales position. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently follow up with past clients, previous leads, unaccepted estimates, and prospects who have expressed interest in our services. Your goal will be to identify opportunities and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making calls throughout the day, following up multiple times, handling objections professionally, and being accountable for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to past clients, leads, and prospects
Follow up with interested leads who have not yet moved forward
Reactivate older estimates and sales opportunities
Follow up with prospects after appointments and proposals
Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email
Ask discovery questions to understand customers’ needs
Handle basic sales objections professionally
Book qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-up until a clear outcome is reached
Document every interaction, outcome, and next step in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly goals for calls, follow-ups, and appointments booked
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of sales experience
Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or lead follow-up is preferred
Strong spoken and written English
Confident and professional phone presence
Excellent communication and listening skills
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Able to build rapport and ask effective questions
Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-ups
Results-driven and accountable
Coachable and willing to participate in sales training and role-play
Able to follow a script without sounding scripted
Comfortable working independently
CRM experience is preferred
Home-service sales experience is a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Technical Requirements
Reliable computer and professional-quality headset
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Quiet and professional remote workspace
Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
Comfortable being evaluated based on calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments booked
