About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist who can manage both inbound and outbound communications. This includes responding to leads, making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and booking demos — all while keeping it sharp, professional, and respectful.
You’ll be representing us in conversations with high-level professionals like consultants, county sheriffs, elected officials, and executives. You must have excellent spoken English, confidence on the phone, and the ability to follow scripts without sounding like a robot.
This is not a mindless cold-calling job. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build trust, ask smart follow-up questions, and move conversations forward.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, form responses, and DMs from interested leads
• Execute outbound calls and
• Qualify leads, book walkthroughs, and update our CRM
• Follow up with leads via
• Track engagement and performance
• Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to align outreach
Requirements
• 2+ years in customer support, appointment setting, or sales outreach
• Strong spoken English and a confident, respectful phone presence
• Able to talk to professionals like sheriffs, consultants, and leaders
• Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Comfortable with
• Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
• Must be able to follow instructions and take feedback
