NextGen Junk Removal & Demolition is an established and rapidly growing home services company serving Sarasota and Manatee County, Florida. We clear out properties — garages, storage units, estate cleanouts, office and construction debris — and handle small demolition work. Our customers are homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals.
We are hiring one full-time person to manage inbound calls and lead follow-up. This is a long-term position, not a short contract.
Responsibilities
Answer all inbound calls during your shift. Callers are typically homeowners describing what they need removed. You qualify the job, confirm the location, and book an on-site estimate.
Own the follow-up pipeline. A significant share of people who receive a quote don't book immediately. You will work that list daily by phone, text, and
Keep our CRM clean. Every call logged, every lead tagged with the correct source, every pipeline stage current. We make decisions off this data and it needs to be accurate.
Confirm appointments the day before and notify our crew lead of the daily schedule.
Send review requests to completed customers and follow up on them.
We run on GoHighLevel. Prior experience with it is an advantage. If you don't have it, we'll train you.
Requirements
Prior US phone experience. Call center or BPO background strongly preferred — Concentrix, Teleperformance, Alorica, TaskUs, Foundever, or similar. If you've handled inbound or outbound queues for American customers, you already have the core skill.
Clear, easily understood phone communication. A large share of our customers are retirees. You will regularly speak with people who are hard of hearing or who describe their needs vaguely. Patience and clarity are not optional in this role.
Demonstrated follow-up discipline. You will be given a list and expected to work it without supervision or reminders.
Your own computer, reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and a working headset.
Availability for the full shift, five days a week, consistently.
Schedule
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour unpaid break.
In the Philippines: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM. This is a night shift.
Note: Philippine shift times move by one hour when US daylight saving changes in March and November.
Please confirm you can commit to these hours before applying. Consistent coverage is a requirement of the position, not a preference.
Saturday coverage may be added later at additional compensation, discussed in advance.
Compensation
$7.50 USD per hour — approximately $1,300/month at 40 hours per week
Paid twice monthly via Wise, on schedule, without exception
Performance review at 90 days with a raise based on results
Backup internet reimbursed
This is an independent contractor position
Training and expectations
Final candidates will complete a paid trial before a long-term offer is made.
Your first week is dedicated training, conducted by me directly. We will review recorded calls, cover our service area in detail, and run live practice calls until you're prepared to take real ones.
I don't expect proficiency in week one. I do expect you to be fully independent by month two, and I will invest the time to get you there. In exchange, I expect you to show up on time, work the list without being asked, and tell me directly when something isn't working.
Application instructions
Submit the following:
A brief summary of your phone experience. Two or three sentences. Do not send a long cover letter.
A 2-minute voice recording. Scenario: you are calling a homeowner in Florida who submitted a request to have her garage cleared. Your objective is to book a free on-site estimate. Record both sides of the conversation.
Written confirmation that you can work 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine time.
Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed.
Hiring decision will be made this month.
