We are a real estate investment company looking for a full-time Inbound Lead Manager / Inside Sales Representative to be the first voice our sellers hear when they contact our business. This is NOT a cold-calling role. This is a relationship-building + qualification role where you take incoming calls, follow a process, gather details, qualify motivation, enter notes into our CRM, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team.
You must have excellent spoken English, a warm and professional tone, and experience handling inbound calls in real estate or another sales-driven environment.
This is a long-term position with consistent daily hours and a stable workflow.
Responsibilities:
-Inbound Calls (Primary Duty)
-Answer live incoming calls from motivated sellers
-Build rapport quickly and professionally
-Follow our call script and intake process
-Gather property details, motivation, timeline, and condition
-Tag and categorize leads correctly inside our CRM
Lead Qualification & Nurture:
-Identify high-interest vs low-interest opportunities
-Follow up with warm leads using call, text, and
-Keep detailed notes and maintain pipeline organization
-Nurture unready leads until they convert into an appointment
Appointment Setting:
-Set appointments for our acquisitions team
-Confirm seller availability and expectations
-Ensure clean handoff of notes
CRM & Systems:
-Update lead status in real-time
-Manage tasks and follow-up reminders
-Follow our processes consistently
