JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | PHP 32,000/month + Commission (Commission eligible after 90 days)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM CST | Tuesday & Saturday off | Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, sales-driven Inbound Chat Agents to join our virtual team. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer chats, place orders on behalf of customers, and help them navigate anything they need, all while looking for opportunities to upsell and close sales.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound customer chats promptly, professionally, and accurately
Place orders for customers and guide them through the process
Identify sales opportunities and confidently upsell where appropriate
Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and general navigation
Maintain accuracy and speed when typing and recording information
Meet or exceed daily and weekly chat and sales targets
Handle objections professionally and close sales without being pushy or misleading

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of BPO experience, specifically in chat support
Sales experience is required — this is a sales position, not just support
Proven experience handling both chats and calls
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM — required, no exceptions
