JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing locksmith service company based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking to hire 2 reliable, energetic, and articulate Virtual Assistants to handle inbound calls, customer service, and job dispatching.

Trading Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT), covered in overlapping shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients needing emergency and general locksmith services in Sydney.
- Provide quick quotes, confirm client details, and handle job dispatching using our job management software.
- Follow up with clients and communicate updates with our technicians on the ground.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming jobs and payments.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear accent and strong phone manner).
- Previous experience in Australian customer service, call handling, or dispatching is a big plus.
- Reliable high-speed fiber internet + a solid backup internet connection (Globe/Smart mobile hotspot).
- Backup power solution (UPS or Laptop power bank for power outages).
- Noise-canceling headset (or use of noise-canceling software like Krisp).
- Ability to multitask and handle urgent customer requests calmly.
