JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Inbound Call Assistant – Restore America’s Health Campaign
Job Type: Full-Time (40hours) | Remote | Phone-Based Client Support
Compensation: $150/week base + bonuses (up to $300/week total)

Overview:
Raposo Publishing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Call Assistant with excellent English skills to support our Restore America’s Health campaign. This initiative—led by Dr. Steven Raposo, a chiropractor of 24 years and founder of Raposo Publishing—offers chiropractic clinics a no-cost, custom-branded book titled The Truth About Grocery Stores. The goal is to help doctors better support their clients in making healthier, budget-friendly food choices.

Please Note:
This is an inbound position only. You will be speaking with chiropractic offices that are calling us back after receiving a message from our team. There is no cold-calling involved.

Your Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from chiropractic clinics in a professional and engaging manner

Clearly introduce the campaign and communicate the offer with precision and care

Collect the doctor’s name and email address accurately

If applicable, schedule a follow-up call between the clinic and Dr. Raposo

Keep detailed and well-organized call notes

Represent our mission with warmth, professionalism, and polish

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional English communication skills – spoken English must be clear, confident, and fluent

Meticulous attention to detail – accuracy is essential when gathering information

Friendly, professional phone presence

Dependable, organized, and consistent in follow-through

Prior experience in phone-based roles or client communication is a plus

Compensation:

Base Pay: $150 per week (full-time hours)

Bonuses: Additional bonuses for each clinic that schedules a callback with Dr. Raposo

Total Potential Weekly Pay: Up to $300/week with performance bonuses
