JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire an experienced Google Ads and Klaviyo specialist to work as an employee for my Shopify store.

This is not for an agency or someone charging a monthly management fee. I am looking for a reliable person who can work with my business long-term and help grow sales through Google Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo email marketing.

Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads campaigns for my Shopify store
Create and optimize Google Shopping campaigns
Manage Performance Max campaigns
Improve ROAS and reduce wasted ad spend
Set up and check conversion tracking
Work with Google Merchant Center
Monitor ad performance and provide updates
Help scale profitable campaigns
Klaviyo Responsibilities
Set up and manage Klaviyo email flows
Create and improve abandoned cart flows
Create welcome series flows
Create browse abandonment flows
Create post-purchase flows
Create customer win-back flows
Segment customers based on behavior and purchases
Improve email open rates, click rates, and sales
Help create promotional email campaigns
Make sure Shopify and Klaviyo are connected correctly
Requirements
Experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce
Experience with Shopify stores
Experience using Klaviyo
Experience building Klaviyo flows
Knowledge of Google Shopping and Performance Max
Understanding of conversion tracking
Ability to improve sales and return on ad spend
Good communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
Google Merchant Center experience
Shopify product feed optimization

Email marketing copywriting
SMS marketing through Klaviyo
Google Analytics experience
Retargeting experience
Experience with fashion, beauty, home goods, or online retail is a plus
