JOB OVERVIEW

IS Project Manager

Position Summary

Leads individual implementation projects from planning to go-live and transition to support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate stakeholders
Monitor scope and change requests
Ensure configuration accuracy
Conduct client training sessions
Oversee go-live execution

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR Information Systems (HRI/HRIS) implementation.
3.Experience in managing software implementation projects from planning through go-live and transition to support.
4.VStrong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience conducting client training and system demonstrations is an advantage.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
8. Willingness to travel or conduct onsite client meetings and implementations when required.
