We’re looking for a Systems & Automation Strategist who can set up and optimize customer service platforms to make support faster and smarter. You’ll be responsible for configuring automations, workflows, and integrations that help support teams work more efficiently—combining AI tools with a personal, human touch. In this role, you’ll build scalable systems, set up tone and response frameworks, and create QA processes to keep performance on track.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of customer support platforms (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
Configure ticket routing, tagging, automation, and escalation logic tailored to each brand’s workflow.
Build and maintain AI guidance libraries, macros, and tone frameworks for brand consistency.
Integrate support tools with e-commerce and communication platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Loop, ShipBob, Slack).
Develop QA systems to track AI and agent metrics (FRT, CSAT, self-serve rate).
Automate reports and workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Zapier, or Make.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CX policies and processes remain accurate and scalable.
Establish AI governance standards and escalation rules.
Present findings, reports, and optimization plans to internal or client stakeholders.

Advanced admin and AI/automation management within CX platforms
Systems thinking & workflow automation (Google Apps Script, Zapier, APIs)
CX policy and documentation design
AI tone, voice, and compliance management
QA & analytics (FRT, CSAT, self-serve rate)
Multi-brand CX architecture & communication alignment
Excellent written and verbal English
Preferred Background:
2+ years in CX Operations, Automation Strategy, or AI Implementation with proven experience in a major helpdesk platform (Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
Strong understanding of logic systems, tagging, and escalation flow design.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and workflow automation tools is highly preferred.
