JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Immigration Paralegal to strengthen our business immigration practice. The core of this position is building complete, filing-ready packets for USCIS submission. We need someone who has already worked on employment-based petitions and knows what a clean, well-organized filing looks like.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build complete immigration filing packets ready for USCIS submission
- Gather and assemble supporting evidence for H, L, and E visa petitions
- Handle documentation for both Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing matters
- Prepare supporting letters, forms, and exhibits according to USCIS standards
- Maintain filing checklists and identify documentation gaps across open cases
- Keep digital case files organized and complete ahead of every filing deadline
- Chase outstanding client documents and escalate missing items early
- Cross-check forms and evidence for accuracy before anything is submitted
- Assist the attorney with case preparation and administrative follow-up

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience assembling US immigration filings for USCIS
- Direct experience with H, L, and E employment-based visa petitions
- Familiarity with Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing workflows
- Solid grasp of USCIS forms and supporting evidence requirements
- Excellent document organization and file management
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing legal paperwork
- Dependable, thorough, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Clear written and spoken English

Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting a US-based immigration firm
- Exposure to family-based immigration alongside business immigration
- Comfort with legal case management software
- Ability to juggle several active matters at once
- Paralegal certification or legal studies background
