IMMIGRATION INTAKE SPECIALIST — REMOTE
The Danquah Law Group, a U.S. immigration law firm, is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and highly organized Intake Specialist based in the Philippines.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
Hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Starting pay: $5.00 USD per hour
Position: Long-term remote employment
Compensation and Benefits
• Weekly or biweekly payment.

Responsibilities
• Answer and return prospective-client calls professionally.
• Conduct preliminary intake using firm-approved questions.
• Enter complete and accurate information into Docketwise.
• Schedule consultations and send appointment confirmations.
• Follow up with prospective clients after consultations.
• Send engagement agreements, questionnaires, invoices, and payment links.
• Follow up on unsigned agreements, missing information, and declined payments.
• Maintain detailed notes of every interaction.
• Escalate urgent matters and potential deadlines immediately.
• Provide a daily report showing new leads, appointments, follow-ups, and unresolved matters.
The Intake Specialist may explain firm procedures and gather information but may not provide legal advice, evaluate legal eligibility, promise outcomes, or quote unapproved fees.
Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Warm, confident, and professional telephone presence.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and backup connectivity.
• Comfortable learning Docketwise, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and payment systems.
• Prior law-firm, immigration, intake, customer-service, sales, healthcare, or call-center experience is preferred.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and work during Eastern Time business hours.
