We are seeking a candidate to manage immigration cases, with a focus on EB-1, EB-2, and O-1 petitions. This role requires administrative support, immigration judgment, precise documentation standards, and confident client communication.
You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external attorneys to ensure every case is structured, accurate, and delivered at consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client calls for EB-1, EB-2, and O-1 petitions by updating and staying on top of updates.
- Partner closely with clients to gather, validate, and organize case materials aligned with immigration criteria.
- Prepare, review, and organize immigration case files with exceptional attention to clarity, structure, and formatting.
- Ensure every document meets internal quality standards and supports a coherent petition narrative.
- Deliver materials and responses to all parties accurately and on time.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple active cases.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing EB-1, EB-2 (NIW), O-1 immigration cases
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration documentation, evidence requirements, and petition structure
- Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and logical flow
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
- Prior experience at an immigration firm, visa consultancy, or immigration company
- Experience reviewing or coordinating final petition packets before attorney submission
- Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving systems and quality standards
