IMMIGRATION CASE MANAGER — REMOTE
The Danquah Law Group, a U.S. immigration law firm, seeks a highly organized and proactive Case Manager based in the Philippines.
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern
Starting pay: $6 USD/hour
Benefits: Paid training, paid holidays after probation, five paid personal days after six months, performance bonuses, and a 90-day compensation review.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned matters in Docketwise.
- Ensure every case has a current status, next action, owner, and deadline.
- Monitor tasks, government notices, appointments, interviews, RFEs, NOIDs, and court deadlines.
- Request documents, signatures, and missing information.
- Communicate procedural updates using approved language.
- Record every client contact the same day.
- Organize and review files for administrative completeness.
- Prepare weekly case-status and aging reports.
- Escalate urgent notices, deadlines, and legal questions immediately.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, intake, and Client Accounts.

Requirements
- At least two years of case-management, legal-support, compliance, healthcare, or other deadline-driven experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organization, accuracy, initiative, and follow-through.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and backup internet.
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
- U.S. immigration, law-firm, Docketwise, Clio, or similar software experience is strongly preferred.
