About Us
We’re a boutique web and design studio that builds clean, strategic brand visuals for hospitality and service-based businesses. We’re looking for a dependable Graphic Design Finisher who can quickly and accurately polish, prepare, and deliver brand-aligned designs and photo assets.
If you have an excellent eye for typography, balance, and consistency — and you know how to make layouts feel right — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Polish and refine existing design files in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (spacing, hierarchy, and finishing details).
• Create print-ready assets such as menus, signage, flyers, and promotional pieces.
• Design social media templates and recurring digital graphics from established brand kits.
• Use Adobe Lightroom to:
• Import and organize large batches of client photos.
• Apply consistent presets or manual adjustments (exposure, tone, warmth, clarity).
• Export using correct file naming conventions (e.g., BrandName_AssetType_
• Prepare all deliverables for both print and web (CMYK/RGB, bleed, compression, naming).
• Maintain organized asset folders in Dropbox and ClickUp.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Skilled in Adobe Lightroom (Classic or CC) for fast, consistent bulk photo edits.
• Understanding of typography hierarchy, alignment, and white space balance.
• Experience preparing print-ready and web-optimized design files.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and visual references with precision.
• Fast, reliable, and comfortable with quick turnarounds (24–48 hours for small tasks).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Work Structure
• Freelance, project-based with potential for ongoing work.
• Paid per task based on project scope and complexity.
