JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Image Ad Designer to create high-performing Meta image ads for our premium skincare brand, élanora.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

Your ads need to look great, communicate instantly and be built to convert.

Some creatives are premium and highly branded. Others are more native and performance-first. Our Creative Strategists provide the concept, messaging, references and creative direction — your job is to turn that into an exceptional final design.

What You’ll Do

* Design high-performing static Meta ads
* Turn creative briefs and references into strong final designs
* Recreate winning competitor concepts in the élanora style
* Design both premium branded and performance-first creatives
* Create multiple visual variations of successful concepts
* Select and combine the right product, lifestyle and visual assets
* Work closely with our Creative Strategists
* Continuously improve the quality and variety of our image ad library

What We’re Looking For

* Strong portfolio of Meta / ecommerce image ads
* Excellent typography, spacing, composition and visual hierarchy
* Strong understanding of **performance design**
* Ability to balance premium aesthetics with conversion
* Great eye for product imagery and asset selection
* Able to work from references without simply copying them
* Fast, reliable and open to feedback

Bonus points for experience with:

* Beauty or skincare brands
* DTC ecommerce brands
* AI image generation and editing
* Photoshop, Canva or Figma
* Creating multiple visual variations quickly

3. You enjoy taking successful ad references and rebuilding them for another brand.
4. You understand that the prettiest ad isn’t always the highest-converting one.
5. You can design both a premium skincare ad and a more direct performance-first ad.
