We’re Hiring: IT & Web Development Specialist

Confident with technology, comfortable with AI, and a good human? We’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an IT professional with hands-on web development skills to build, maintain and improve websites, troubleshoot technical issues and help our team work more efficiently.

What you’ll do
- Build, update and maintain websites across Webflow, Shopify and WordPress.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide day-to-day IT support.
- Improve website performance, mobile responsiveness and usability.
- Set up and maintain integrations, plugins and useful automations.
- Use AI tools to support development and problem-solving, while checking the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Work with our design, content and marketing team to bring ideas to life.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience with Webflow, Shopify and WordPress, backed by a strong portfolio.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Confidence using AI tools and a willingness to keep learning.
- C2-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Someone organised, reliable and proactive who takes ownership and follows through.
- A good human: respectful, honest, kind and easy to work with. Someone who asks questions, supports teammates and owns their mistakes.

1) PC / Laptop specifications + internet speed
Please share your device specs, including CPU, RAM, and storage, along with a recent internet speed test result. We need reliable performance and strong internet to support day-to-day work.

2) Current employment or side work (transparency request)
Are you currently employed or doing any side jobs or freelance work? We’re open to offshore team members having multiple jobs — what matters most to us is transparency, so we understand your typical schedule and can support you properly.

3) Hubstaff tracker
Are you comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking? Our whole team operates remotely, including our field and admin staff in Australia. Hubstaff helps us understand time allocation across projects, improve internal reporting, and provide clearer updates to clients.

4) Working hours / availability
Can you commit to the required hours? Our standard workdays are Monday to Friday, generally within 9:00am–5:00pm (Philippines time). We offer reasonable flexibility — family and life come first — but we do need consistency and clear communication.

5) Expected salary (PHP)
