We’re looking for an IT support tea
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across endpoints, users, and cloud tools
Investigate issues where documentation may be incomplete and determine the best path to resolution
Perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately (checklists, validations, maintenance activities, ticket workflows)
Monitor and support cybersecurity tooling: review alerts, validate agent health, assist with remediation steps
Assist with backup monitoring and restore/recovery tasks as needed
Create and update internal documentation to improve future support and reduce repeat issues
Communicate clearly in tickets and Microsoft Teams (status updates, findings, next steps)
Qualifications
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems support (MSP experience is a plus)
Comfortable working independently and escalating appropriately when needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
Clear written English for ticket notes, documentation, and internal updates
Professional, reliable, and able to manage shifting priorities
Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on experience responding to security events (triage, containment, remediation support)
Backup administration or troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with endpoint hardening, application control/allowlisting, and general security best practices
What Success Looks Like
Issues are resolved efficiently with clear documentation
Routine work is completed accurately and on schedule
Security alerts are handled responsibly and escalated when appropriate
Processes improve over time through better documentation and checklists
