We’re an IT services company that has a two-person PH-based team that handles backend sales operations. We are looking for a Team Lead who acts as a player?coach, meaning:
* 50% hands?on operations work (quoting, procurement, renewals).
* 50% operational leadership (QC/QA reviews, escalations, blockers, coaching, mentoring, performance monitoring, process improvement).
You’ll establish new processes, ensure smooth quoting, ordering, and procurement workflows, maintain SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage sales tickets and core Sales Ops workflows.
* Serve as escalation point and unblock issues quickly.
* Coach and mentor tea
* Establish/Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps.
* Type detail-oriented in your response to show that you read the job ad carefully.
* Standardize processes and KB documentation; lead process improvements.
* Coordinate workload and coverage across US/PH teams.
* Represent Sales Ops for cross-functional interactions.
MUST HAVES
* 3–5+ years in Financial Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Order Management.
* Team lead or management experience.
* Strong detail-orientation, organization, and cross?functional handoff skills.
NICE TO HAVE: MSP or VAR background.
WORK TIMES
* All timings are US Central Time Zone (CT).
* 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday, 8:30am CT to 5:30pm CT with a 1-hour break in the middle.
