About Mostro
We're a cybersecurity and compliance company. That means our own house has to be tighter than our clients'. We need someone who takes that personally.

About the role
You'll own our Microsoft 365 environment, support our endpoint security and compliance tooling operationally, and handle Level 2 client support. As we scale, this role grows into leading a small support team. We're looking for someone who documents everything, follows process, and doesn't cut corners — because in our industry, a shortcut is a liability.

What you'll do

Administer and harden our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID)
Handle Level 1 & 2 support: access issues, routine troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding
Support day-to-day operations of endpoint security and compliance tooling
Document processes clearly enough to pass a compliance audit
Grow into training and leading additional support staff as the team scales

What we're looking for

IT support or systems administration background — you've managed real environments, not just studied for certs
Solid Microsoft 365 administration experience
Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (application whitelisting, EDR, MDR — you know the category)
Process-oriented. If you wouldn't document it, don't do it.
Leadership potential — this starts as hands-on-keyboard but grows into a lead role

Compensation & structure
Full-time, long-term. Above-market Philippine salary for IT support/sysadmin roles, paid monthly. Clear growth path to team lead with comp increases tied to scope.
