We are currently seeking an experienced IT & Marketing Integration Specialist to join our organisation. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation by leveraging technology to streamline our sales, marketing, and operations. You will work alongside a talented and collaborative team, playing a vital role in achieving our strategic goals.
About the Role
We are seeking an IT & Marketing Systems Integration Specialist to be the operational backbone of our tech stack. The ideal candidate will be a highly proficient administrator, integrator, and data specialist for our core platforms (GHL, Monday, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Google Workspace, Webmail and Slack), focusing on driving efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring reliable data flow to support our commercial property engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Serve as the primary administrator and configuration expert for GoHighLevel (GHL), Monday CRM, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Slack and related applications.
- Website Management: Maintain and update our core website, demonstrating expert proficiency in WordPress, including theme, plugin, and security management. Ensure seamless integration between the WordPress site and GHL forms/tracking.
- Integration & Data Flow: Design, implement, and maintain reliable, two-way integrations between all core systems (GHL, Monday CRM, WordPress) and internal tools like Slack and our Project Management Tool.
- Data Automation & Analytics: Develop solutions using middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat) to automate data synchronisation between platforms and Google Sheets. This includes integrating social media data to track lead quality and marketing ROI effectively.
- Google Workspace & Webmail Management: Handle the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and security of our Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Drive, Calendar). This includes user provisioning/deprovisioning, managing security policies (2FA), setting up organisational units, and troubleshooting
- System Optimisation: Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex integration and data errors, and proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance overall system efficiency and security.
- User Support: Provide technical support, documentation, and staff training, empowering them to effectively use our integrated systems.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in system administration, integration, or a similar IT support role.
- Expert proficiency in managing and maintaining websites using WordPress, including security best practices, troubleshooting plugin conflicts, and optimising performance.
- Strong working proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflow automation, campaign setup, and funnel management.
- Proven experience administering and integrating a CRM system, preferably Monday CRM.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, specifically ActiveCampaign.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media monitoring or analytics tools and the ability to integrate this data with marketing/CRM systems for comprehensive reporting.
- Proficiency in integrating applications with Google Sheets and Docs for advanced data storage and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) Administration, including hands-on experience with the Admin Console, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM), and
- Extensive experience using integration middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat) to connect cloud applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-platform integration issues.
- Prior exposure to technology or data management within the commercial real estate or property sector is an advantage
