ISO Retention & Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Remote – Philippines
Hours: Full-time (with some overlap to U.S. EST hours)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,400/month depending on experience

We’re hiring a hands-on, tech-savvy growth operator to take full ownership of ISO engagement.

Your Core Responsibilities
? Own ISO Retention and Communication:
Keep ISOs engaged weekly through automated and manual touchpoints — updates, funding wins, educational content, incentives, and campaigns.

Export and clean existing Gmail contacts and ISO spreadsheets
Verify and segment all lists (general marketing, top-performers, dormant ISOs, new outreach)
Launch and manage ongoing campaigns with multiple scheduled sends per week
Create welcome/nurture series for newly onboarded ISOs and funded merchants
Design “confirm your contact info” campaigns to keep CRM data current
? Cold Outbound Campaigns:
Clean purchased ISO lists (10–20 spreadsheets)
Run through verification tools (ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, etc.)
Deploy high-deliverability outreach campaigns to drive new signups
? Community & Multi-Channel Engagement:
Build and manage a WhatsApp community for ISOs
Coordinate SMS and follow-up touchpoints to reinforce engagement
Collaborate with leadership to ideate new content and engagement strategies
? CRM & Data Management:
Maintain an updated CRM database
Set up automations, triggers, and reporting
Provide weekly analytics: engagement, response, conversion, and churn metrics
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing B2B retention or
Expert in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or Monday CRM
Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and automation logic
Excellent written English — capable of independent ISO communication (replying, following up, relationship management)
Hands-on with data cleaning, CRM setup, and cold
Strategic mindset with “growth marketer” instincts and the ability to execute daily
Bonus: Familiarity with fintech, lending, or affiliate / ISO models
