JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, part-time ISA Telemarketer VA who can handle outbound cold calling and help generate motivated seller leads.

We already have scripts and a method for sourcing phone numbers. We need someone who has prior phone sales experience and can confidently call homeowners to see if they are interested in selling.

We are also looking for someone experienced with CRMs and dialer systems who can recommend the right setup and help get everything running quickly rather than needing to be taught how these systems work.

What You'll Own

• Cold call homeowners to see if they are interested in selling
• Follow provided scripts and calling methods
• Generate and organize lists of names, phone numbers, and property addresses
• Keep accurate contact and lead records
• Manage leads and follow-ups inside a CRM
• Use and help set up an effective phone dialer system
• Schedule qualified appointments
• Consistently follow up with potential sellers
• Recommend CRM and dialer solutions based on prior experience

You're a Strong Fit If You:

• Have real, hands-on experience with cold calling or phone sales
• Speak strong, fluent English with a natural American accent
• Have experience using CRM and phone dialer systems
• Can recommend and help implement a CRM/dialer setup without heavy direction
• Are comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with homeowners
• Have real estate industry experience — required
• Are highly organized and consistent with lead tracking and follow-up
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English

Preferred Background

Real estate ISA, acquisitions cold calling, telemarketing, outbound phone sales, or lead generation — ideally with direct experience calling homeowners and generating motivated seller leads.

Nice to Have

• Experience setting up CRM systems
• Experience setting up and managing phone dialers
• Real estate acquisitions experience
• Appointment-setting experience
• Experience maintaining and organizing prospect lists

Tools You'll Use

CRM, phone dialer, lead lists, Google Workspace, and other real estate lead-generation tools.
