HIRING: INSURANCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle insurance-related administrative tasks
Manage client information and records
Prepare and organize insurance documents
Assist with policy processing and follow-ups
Respond to emails and client inquiries
Provide administrative support to the insurance team

Qualifications:

Previous insurance or virtual assistant experience preferred
Strong English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Proficient in using online tools and software
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
