Advanced Insurance Solutions is a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking for an experienced Insurance Administrative Assistant to support our licensed insurance team.
This is a non-licensed insurance support position. You will assist with policy processing, document management, data entry, and administrative tasks. You will not sell insurance, provide coverage advice, explain policy coverage, quote policies, bind coverage, or perform duties that require an insurance license.

Responsibilities:
-Process and update insurance policy information
-Review applications and insurance documents for accuracy
-Verify client, driver, vehicle, and policy information
-Upload, organize, and manage insurance documents
-Follow up on missing documents and information
-Update agency management systems, spreadsheets, and task trackers
-Retrieve policy documents, ID cards, certificates, and other files from carrier portals
-Prepare administrative
-Provide administrative support to licensed insurance agents
Requirements:
-Previous experience with a U.S. insurance agency (Required)
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong computer and multitasking skills
-Fast and accurate typing
-Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF software
-Experience with insurance carrier portals and/or agency management systems
-Reliable computer with high-speed internet
-Backup internet and power source
-Available to work full-time during U.S. Central Time business hours
-Must not have another full-time job or any employment that conflicts with the required work schedule
