JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THIS ROLE
I am building a Instagram page in the Christian men's niche focused on exposing evil in the world, spiritual warfare, and helping men find their God-given purpose. I am building this from the ground up.

I am looking for a semi-full time VA (approximately 30 hours per week) to take over content research and video editing for the Instagram. Your job is to make sure we never run out of content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Content Research (Primary Job)
• Scroll Instagram, YouTube, and podcast platforms daily to find viral clips that match our brand
• Categories: child safety, spiritual warfare, Hollywood occult, masculinity crisis, faith-based ---------- nts
• Submit 5+ clip ideas per day for approval using our content tracker
• Write a short note on why each clip fits our brand and suggest a hook angle
• Search specific podcasts we assign (Shawn Ryan Show, Jack Neel, etc.)

2. Video Editing
• Edit reels in CapCut or desktop editor to match our exact format (full training provided) - very simple editing

• Deliver 2-3 finished reels per day

3. Copywriting (with AI assistance)
• Use our AI system to generate hooks, headlines, and captions for each video
• Submit copy alongside each video for approval before posting

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Fluent in English, reading and writing
• Understands Western culture, American news, and current events
• Active Instagram user who understands what makes content go viral
• Comfortable with CapCut or video editing software
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with faith-based, conservative Christian content
• Bonus: experience with content research or social media management

REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable internet and a computer or laptop
• Available 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• Able to communicate on WhatsApp daily
• Submit a short end-of-day update every working day

PAY & HOURS
• $4.20 USD per hour
• Approximately 30 hours per week (~$500/month)
• Paid weekly via PayPal
• Performance bonuses available for viral videos and page growth. (The more video ideas the more we can post & Grow)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time as the page scales
